Refund policy

• Standard sizes might be eligible for returns on a case by case basis as agreed by the parties and will be only considered within 7 days following the day of arrival. 
• Customer provides return shipping to the following address: La Novale, 39 Italiiskaya (former Pushkinskaya) st., Odesa, Ukraine, 65048.
• Refund is issued after the returned item is received by the seller. Items with signs of use, any types of damage and missing clothing tags won't be refunded.  
• 5% restocking fee will be applied.
• Custom orders are not eligible for return & refund.
